EnviroSaudi supplies indoor air quality monitoring systems in Saudi Arabia, including ventilation monitoring, for BMS integrators, HVAC and MEP contractors, consultants, developers and facility owners. We configure fixed sensors, zone networks, dashboards, alarms and verified BMS interfaces for offices, hospitals, laboratories, schools, hotels, malls, transport assets and industrial facilities. Projects are available across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Yanbu, NEOM and Qiddiya.

You receive a written proposal setting out the configuration, scope, lead time and price. Send the room schedule, required parameters, BMS point list, protocol, drawings and consultant specification for equipment selection and an integration proposal, or Request a quotation.

Indoor air quality monitoring systems we supply for contractors, consultants and facility owners

Consultants can use the service to define parameters, representative zones, device quantities and data outputs for a specification. BMS integrators can request verified protocols, point mapping, alarm states and commissioning requirements. Contractors can obtain an equipment schedule, accessories, power and communications requirements. Facility owners can add continuous trends and alerts to an existing building or create a new monitoring network.

Relevant applications include occupancy-related ventilation monitoring, comparison of indoor and outdoor conditions, dust ingress, filtration review, fit-out and cleaning-related VOC changes, temperature and humidity control, laboratories with high air-change rates, and industrial control or occupied support rooms.

Parameters and monitoring-system scope

The proposed parameter set is selected for the building use and the action expected from the data. Available configurations may include CO2, particulate matter, total VOC indicators, carbon monoxide, temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure and selected gases.

CO2 can support ventilation and occupancy trending when outdoor conditions and occupancy are considered; it is not a complete IAQ result. PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 can support dust and filtration investigations. A total-VOC signal can show that chemical conditions changed, but compound-specific analysis may still be needed.

The system scope can include:

  • room or zone monitors, mounting locations and network architecture;
  • dashboard or SIMS3 access, threshold alarms, trend reports and local data storage;
  • BMS point requirements;
  • installation coordination and commissioning checks;
  • calibration planning and operator handover.

Related pages cover environmental data dashboards, alerts and BMS interfaces and environmental monitor and BMS integration, training and handover.

Scentroid HW20 HVAC Warden technical option

The Scentroid HW20 HVAC Warden is one relevant option for building monitoring and ventilation integration. Manufacturer specifications list up to 10 sensors using PID, NDIR, electrochemical and laser-particle technologies together with temperature, relative humidity and barometric pressure. The published sampling rate is approximately one reading per second, with one or two sampling ports.

For communications, Scentroid states compatibility with BACnet, Modbus, current and voltage outputs. The product page also lists 3G/4G and LAN, optional Wi-Fi, a 64 GB SD card, an onboard server, SIMS3 cloud access and a seven-inch touchscreen. Calibration is manual using calibration gas, with an optional automatic configuration using built-in calibration gas. Wall-mounting hardware is included, and the chemicals are selected when ordering.

The AQmini and AQSafe indoor monitors may suit different zone, display or coverage requirements. Final product selection depends on parameters, range, room count, communications, enclosure and project submittal requirements. Configuration, availability and lead time are confirmed in each quotation.

BMS integration and responsibility boundaries

The integration package identifies the device model, firmware, protocol, point names, units, update interval, alarm values, network addressing and acceptance tests. Monitoring data can be passed to a BMS for display, trending or an approved control sequence. The BMS or controls contractor is responsible for ventilation logic, interlocks, overrides, failure modes and cybersecurity.

An IAQ monitor measures conditions; it does not purify air. A BACnet or Modbus connection provides data exchange; the control strategy still needs its own safety and suitability review. These distinctions protect the consultant, integrator and building owner during design and handover.

Saudi project applications and deliverables

Riyadh offices and Qiddiya developments may prioritise dust, occupancy variation and seasonal HVAC operation. Jeddah hospitality and mixed-use projects may add humidity and coastal conditions. Dammam, Khobar, Jubail and Yanbu facilities may require suitable enclosures and integration with industrial BMS standards. NEOM and other large programmes may require repeatable room schedules, approved substitutions and common handover requirements across several asset types.

Deliverables can include:

  • parameter schedule, selected models and bill of materials;
  • recommended locations and network diagram;
  • BMS point list, dashboard and alarm brief;
  • installation notes and commissioning checklist;
  • calibration plan and operator handover package.

Frequently asked questions

Who supplies indoor air quality monitoring systems in Saudi Arabia?

EnviroSaudi supplies IAQ monitors, zone networks, dashboards, alarms and BMS-integration support for contractors, consultants and facility owners across Saudi Arabia, for offices, hospitals, laboratories, schools, hotels, malls, transport assets and industrial control rooms. We prepare equipment schedules and integration requirements from the room schedule, parameter list and controls documentation.

Which BMS protocols are supported?

The HW20 manufacturer lists BACnet, Modbus, current and voltage outputs. The submittal matches the exact interface, object or register details and firmware to the proposed configuration and BMS platform.

How do I choose an indoor air quality monitor and its parameters?

We supply Scentroid options including the HW20 HVAC Warden and, for different zone or display requirements, AQmini and AQSafe monitors. Common parameters include CO2, PM1, PM2.5, PM10, VOC indicators, temperature and humidity, with carbon monoxide and selected gases for relevant applications. Any automatic ventilation response remains part of an approved controls sequence.

How long does delivery take, and is installation support included?

The supply scope can include installation coordination, device setup, communications checks, point verification, dashboard configuration and operator handover. The proposal assigns the site-labour and controls workstreams, and timing depends on room count, product configuration, communications and controls readiness; lead time is confirmed in each quotation.

What affects the cost of an indoor air quality monitoring system?

Cost follows the number of rooms or zones, the parameter set and monitor model, communications and BMS integration scope, dashboard needs, and installation and calibration requirements. The quotation sets these out.

What is needed to prepare an IAQ monitoring quotation?

Provide building type, drawings or room schedule, required parameters, quantities, BMS make and protocol, point list, dashboard needs, project stage and delivery programme. EnviroSaudi will then prepare the suitable equipment and integration response.
