EnviroSaudi supplies environmental data dashboards in Saudi Arabia, connecting environmental monitors to operational dashboards, alerts, scheduled reports and verified building-management system (BMS) interfaces. The service is for owners, consultants, BMS and building-controls integrators, MEP contractors and EHS teams at industrial facilities, commercial buildings, infrastructure programmes and monitoring networks that need usable data rather than isolated instruments. It is available for facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Yanbu and other Saudi locations.

You receive a written proposal setting out the configuration, scope, lead time and price. Send the monitor list, data points, communications architecture, BMS make, required protocol, user roles, alarm matrix and reporting needs through the EnviroSaudi website for an integration proposal, or Request a quotation.

Turn monitor readings into an operating workflow

The first design question is what each user must do with the data. An operator may need a live trend and equipment-health warning. An EHS manager may need event records and periodic reports. A BMS integrator needs confirmed objects or registers, units, update rates and failure behaviour. A consultant needs acceptance tests and clear responsibility boundaries.

EnviroSaudi defines device naming, engineering units, time synchronisation, data intervals, dashboard views, user permissions, alarm rules, acknowledgement steps, escalation lists, report schedules and retention requirements. The deliverable may combine a cloud dashboard with local device storage or an owner-managed interface, depending on the proposed equipment and project architecture. The Scentroid SIMS3 environmental data platform page covers the product in more detail.

Environmental data dashboards we supply: SIMS3 dashboards, alarms and reports

Scentroid SIMS3 is one environmental data platform option. The manufacturer describes historical-data views, device diagnostics, prediction tools and settings for supported Scentroid devices, together with facility organisation, event logs, temporal and statistical views, AQI analysis and heat maps. Scentroid also states that SIMS3 can send SMS or email notifications when a sensor exceeds a configured value.

The current SIMS3 FAQ explains alarm scope, sensor selection, threshold condition, trigger sensitivity, notification frequency and recipient lists. It also describes scheduled reports and individual sensor breakdowns. Functions and user capacity depend on the selected licence, so the quotation names the tier, supported devices, users, retention and required modules. Configuration, availability and lead time are confirmed in each quotation.

Verify BACnet, Modbus and API support by product and tier

Protocols are confirmed per product, not inferred from a dashboard name. Scentroid’s current HW20 HVAC Warden page lists compatibility with BACnet systems, Modbus, current output and voltage output. The CTair manufacturer page separately lists Modbus TCP/IP. These are product-level statements; the submittal confirms exact model, firmware, physical interface, addressing, object or register map, read/write status and any required gateway.

The current SIMS3 feature table lists “API for 3rd Party Integrations” for the Pro and Pro + OMS versions, but not the Base version. That public feature statement confirms tier availability, not the technical details of a proposed connection. The quotation identifies the licensed tier and obtains current written documentation for authentication, endpoints, supported data objects, data direction, rate or volume limits, error handling and cybersecurity responsibilities. REST, MQTT, database or file-transfer behaviour is confirmed from that documentation.

BACnet itself supports the exchange of building-automation information. ASHRAE’s BACnet overview describes messages for analogue and binary values, alarms, events and trend logs. Standard-level capability does not prove that a particular monitor implements every BACnet service, so the point schedule and conformance information remain part of technical review.

Monitoring data as an input to approved control sequences

Environmental readings can be displayed, trended or passed to a BMS. They may serve as an input to an approved sequence; automatic ventilation, shutdown, process or life-safety control comes only from an approved controls design. The appointed controls designer and BMS contractor are responsible for control logic, setpoints, interlocks, overrides, fail-safe states, cybersecurity, testing and approvals.

For indoor applications, indoor air quality and ventilation monitoring systems explains the measurement scope. A monitor measures conditions; it does not purify air, and a protocol connection does not establish that a proposed response is safe or suitable.

Define architecture and acceptance before field execution

The dashboard and interface architecture includes:

  • source-device schedule, point list, units and ranges;
  • update interval, alarm matrix and network diagram;
  • addressing and gateway requirements;
  • user roles and report list;
  • cybersecurity responsibility matrix and acceptance script.

Tests cover value scaling, time stamps, stale-data indication, alarm generation and acknowledgement, communications loss and recovery, trend storage and report output.

Field connection, training, handover records and closeout are delivered through the environmental monitor and BMS integration, training and handover service. The proposal assigns each task, including installation labour, controls programming and operator training, to EnviroSaudi, the device supplier, BMS integrator, owner IT/OT team or another approved party.

Saudi projects may combine remote industrial stations around Jubail or Yanbu, building systems in Riyadh, hospitality assets in Jeddah or multi-site infrastructure. The architecture reflects the owner’s IT/OT rules, connectivity and support model rather than assuming a cloud-only or BMS-only solution.

Frequently asked questions

Who provides environmental data dashboards and BMS interface support in Saudi Arabia?

EnviroSaudi supplies monitoring dashboards, alarm and reporting requirements, verified device interfaces, point schedules and acceptance plans for Saudi industrial, building and infrastructure projects. Field execution and handover are scoped separately through the linked integration service.

Which environmental data dashboard options are available, and what can SIMS3 display?

Manufacturer-published SIMS3 functions include historical data, device diagnostics, facility organisation, events, alarms, temporal and statistical views, AQI analysis, heat maps and scheduled sensor reports. Scentroid’s current public feature table lists third-party API integration for Pro and Pro + OMS, not Base; the final scope confirms the licence tier, supported devices, users, retention and current API documentation.

Do Scentroid monitors support BACnet and Modbus?

The HW20 manufacturer page lists BACnet, Modbus, current and voltage outputs; CTair lists Modbus TCP/IP. Support is confirmed per proposed model and firmware with the required object, register and gateway documentation.

What affects the cost of a dashboard and BMS integration?

Cost follows the number of monitors and data points, the SIMS3 licence tier, protocol and gateway requirements, alarm and report scope, and the field integration and training scope. The quotation sets these out.

How long does dashboard and BMS integration take?

Timing depends on the number of devices, protocol and API confirmation, BMS contractor readiness and acceptance testing. Lead time is confirmed in each quotation.

What information is needed to quote the integration?

Provide monitor models and firmware, point list, BMS or data platform, licence tier, required protocol or API, network constraints, alarm matrix, user roles, reports, cybersecurity requirements and a controls responsibility matrix.

EnviroSaudi serves projects across Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail, Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM and Qiddiya.
